Project: Buckhorn OHV Trail Maintenance
Location: Oregon
Description: On June 20, 2024, Tread Lightly! along with local members of the Rivian Club of America, Oregon Parks and Recreation ATV Program and the Bureau of Land Management Prineville Office worked to install approximately one mile of fencing at the Buckhorn OHV Area near Redmond, Oregon to help reduce new user-created trails by ensuring all users were accessing the trail system through a designated entryway. Volunteers also installed a gate, and some large rocks were put in place.
