The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah Monticello Field Office has issued the decision to amend the Monticello Travel Management Plan by approving the motorized use of five travel routes-Blanding to Bulldog, Jacob's Chair, Nokai Dome, River House and Woodenshoe.
