WE Rock Returns to Rausch Creek - this weekend - see you all there!

Rausch Creek Off Road Park 453 Molleystown Road, Tremont, PA June 25 & 26; Action starts at 10:00 a.m. The Third round of the NitroGear and Axle WE Rock Eastern Rock Crawling Championships presented by Maxxis, gets underway on Saturday, June 25th at 10 a.m. for the opening of the competition. The comp will run through 3:00 p.m. and will be followed by Day two on Sunday, again starting at 10 a.m., but finishing a little later with the Shootout from the top pros in the standings.

"Our list of Eastern Pro Rockcrawlers continues to grow, with the top eastern teams in the nation battling it out for the top. Rausch Creek is always a favorite site that draws a lot of sportsman teams looking to try the courses set up and prove they can wheel better than their friends." Rich Klein, CEO/President of WE Rock Events said of this weekend.

"Even with many events on the same terrain, the WE Rock course designer, Josh England, always has a plan. Look for the courses to twist and turn over the most difficult lines seen to date at Rausch Creek Off Road Park."

The following drivers are preregistered for the event: in the Unlimited class, Laurie Gray, Team Chaos; Tom Campbell, Campbell Racing; Carl Shortridge, Team Wildnut Express; Brian Millsap, Gunslinger Motorsports and Alan Woodson, Axis Fabrication, among others not pre-registered. The ProMod class includes Mike Thompson, Shameless Racing, Brendan Cavanaugh, Team Hardway and Darryl Sundin, Top Rock 4x4 and Joe Semanchik, OGOB Racing among others not yet pre-registered. There are several sportsman competitors already registered, including Ron Lind and Scott Trimarco.

Tickets are available online. Use code WEROCK16 to save 20%. Drivers Registrations can be completed online as well. Remember that anyone can enter the sportsman class, it just takes a cage, hard top, doors or door bars, minimum 4 point harness, two fire extinguishers and a DOT/Snell approved helmet.

Professional Rock Crawling is one of the most intricate sports in the motorsports arena. It is technical, mechanical and filled with action. The rock courses are setup where spectators can bring their chairs and be able to see multiple courses running at the same time. The two-day format includes 4 courses of competition on Saturday and another 4 courses on Sunday, with a final shootout on Sunday night, which usually determines the final finishing positions! The winner will be determined by the driver that has the least amount of points at the end of the weekend, similar to golf.
