The Suzuki Jimny is known for its off-road performance, but the stock front axle swivel seal is prone to early failure. The OEM rubber seal quickly fails and lets damaging water and dirt in while allowing oil and grease to escape. Trail-Gear is proud to introduce the Trail-Safe™ Knuckle Ball Wiper Seal for the Suzuki Jimny. The Trail-Safe™ Knuckle Ball Wiper Seal is a dual-lipped wiper seal that keeps grease in and dirt out, all while eliminating the OEM swivel seal system. Since it is made from seal-grade polyurethane, not UHMW, the seal is pliable enough to stretch over the knuckle ball during installation. Trail-Safe FJ80 Inner Axle Seals
Tired of dealing with oil leaks from your front inner axle seal? Trail-Gear has remedied that issue by offering our new Trail-Safe™ FJ80 Inner Axle Seal. The Trail Safe™ inner seal lip is totally supported by a garter spring applying constant force over the full 360° circumference. Trail-Gear is now offering FJ80 Front and Rear Bumpers
HREW bumpers are strong, but Trail-Gear had to take things to the next level by making our bumpers out of 1020 DOM (1.75" X .120" wall) with a .25” CNC formed steel plate winch mount.
1020 DOM is more dent resistant than HREW tubing and it will not split down the seam as we have all seen the cheaper HREW tubing do. We can confidently say that our Rock Defense™ bumpers are one of the strongest on the market. (more…)

Trail-Gear is now offering 4.16 and 4.90 Jimny T-Case Gears
This is the first and only true international gear set that includes all four gears necessary for your low range gear installation.
Low range gears are critical for technical off-road driving. Our Jimny T-Case Gears is the highest quality gear set available. Low Range reduction is 4.16:1 (84% low range reduction & 12% high range reduction) or 4.90:1 (115% low range reduction and 16% high range reduction). No welded or second rate, gears here. These are strong, run quiet and take a huge amount of abuse. This complete kit includes four new precision cut gears, counter shaft, needle bearings, shims, o-ring, gaskets, and input/output seals. Heavy duty front output shaft recommended (see below).
Note: The recommended tire size for the 4.16 gears is 29”-30” and 30”-31” for the 4.90 gears.
Note: Will not fit in Jimny chain-drive transfer cases.

These heavy duty Weld-On Creeper Joints are ideal for today’s flexible suspension systems. Super strong, Weld-On Creeper Joints will hold up to years of punishment. The inner flex ball is made from 8620 tool steel and rides on high quality polyurethane bushings. Heavy-duty, hardened steel washers hold the joint together. Creeper Joints are super flexible and allow for up to 40 degrees of movement when used with spacers. A threaded grease fitting is provided on the housing for lubrication. The flex ball is drilled for cross lubrication flow from the shell to the link mount bolt. These Weld-On Creeper Joint Kits are perfect for creating your own A-arms, suspension links, or other suspension components. Provided unassembled. Welding required for installation.
