Looking to sell or trade my 1972 Chevy Blazer for a capable street legal California Smog approved JEEP

Power train: 1988 Corvette engine that now run using a carburetor (was a Tune Port Injection system). I still have all of the TPI parts that come with the sale, bought it this way and never installed it. 700r4 auto with shift kit, NP241 transfer case, GM 10 bolt front and rear. Rear has possi traction.
I hardly drive the vehicle and it has been garaged during the time I’ve owned it. I occasionally take it for drives and haven’t done much off-roading.
Replaced or repaired since purchase (2009):

Intake seal, oil pres sensor, drivers side tie rod , rebuilt carb, motor mounts, master cylinder, radiator, thermostat and housing, plugs and plug wires, plug wire loom, temp module for the electric fans, battery tray and battery hold down, Battery terminals, tranny cooler and lines, fuel lines, fuel filter and electric pump, head light, shifter cable, fly wheel cover, starter with heat shield, rear drums and shoes (fronts are good), Mickey Thompson Classic Lock II rims, wheel studs and lugs, seals from the rear of the tranny through the transfer case (rear transfer case seal still leaks a little), transfer case linkage, mirrors, inner door regulators, anti-rattle in the door, inner door handles and window handles, battery gauge, ignition switch and light switch (behind the dash), Grant steering wheel, blinker switch, 2004 Tahoe leather electric seats (not wired yet), custom built console, carpet kit, bed liner. I may be forgetting a couple items.
Other goodies:
Dual Flowmaster exhaust, oversized fuel cell, I DID IT chrome steering column, B&M ratchet shifter, 4” Skyjacker soft ride lift, Detachable face stereo deck
Bads:
I have the top, but it’s in bad shape, but good enough to keep the elements out. Rust in the floor boards, rocker panel and along some of the body. Transfer case still leaks a little out of the rear seal, transfer case has a hard time getting out of 4 low. The proportional valve sends a signal to the dash, but seems to be working fine.
Notes: I have all of the metal replacement parts to repair the rust. All my spare parts come with the sale.

Not willing to ship and maybe willing to meet up depending on how far. I live in Yucca Valley Ca. close to where they have the Hammers
$13500 obo
