2004 S10 Crew Cab. 83,000 miles on chassis. This is an always AZ and CA truck with zero rust anywhere.
Engine: L96 6.0 LS out of a 2014 Isuzzu NPR with 49,000 miles. VVT delete and BTR Stage II cam added. Rear wheel dyno'd at 290 HP (est. flywheel ~425HP). Custom dual exhaust w/ SS headers, cats and Borla mufflers. Engine is 100% emissions compliant and regularly passes OBDII inspection. Currently registered in Maricopa county AZ (emissions restricted county). Champion 3 row aluminum radiator w/ dual puller 10" Spal fans and single 12" Spal pusher fan.
Transmission: Built 4L60E with 300M billet output shaft and Corvette servos.
Transfer Case: 4 speed Atlas twin stick (2.72:1 crawler box and 2:1 main case - allows for 2:1, 2.72:1 or 5.44:1 ratios).
Front Axle: Dana 60 out of '79 F350 "Sno-Fighter", 5.13, ARB, Yukon alloy 35 spline inner and outer shafts, converted to Chevy 3/4 ton brakes, Ballistic Fab diff cover, PSC 1.75" bore x 8" stroke ram assist steering w/ PSC pump and box. 2" dia heavy wall Tom Woods driveshaft w/ 1350 U-joints.
Rear Axle: Late model Chevy 14B with factory discs and e-brake, 5.13, ARB, Ballistic Fab diff cover and pinion guard. 3" dia heavy wall Tom Woods driveshaft w/ 1350 U-joints.
Front suspension: Wagoneer leaves with 2" offset center pin and 14" travel Bilstein 5125s.
Rear suspension: 65" long late model Chevy 1500 springs w/ 14" travel Bilstein 5125s. Factory front hanger was re-used and rear shackle mount was moved back ~12" to accomodate the longer springs. The overall wheelbase was stretched approximately 10" (129" overall).
Tires - Wheels: 40x13.50 Milestar Patagonia MTs. Fronts are approx 70% tread, rears are nearly new. Spare is 90+%. Wheels are 17x9.
Misc: Custom cage/rack w/ mounts for axe, shovel, hi-lift and pry-bar. Re-tubbed the bed and enlarged the wheel wells 12". Swing out tire carrier. 7 gallon air tank connected to ARB twin compressor. 1500 W inverter for onboard 110V power. Dual Optimas batterys (red top main and yellow top, deep cycle aux). 10,000 lb Warn Xenon winch on custom bumper. Factory rear bench seat included but currently fitted with fridge/cooler slide out tray. Remote mounted transmission cooler. Runs cool w/ a/c on in AZ summers.
All major work completed by Letz Roll Off Road and Hancock Custom Fab.
This truck has been well taken care of and is regularly daily driven on street and hi-way. Although I've off roaded it plenty, it's always been slow crawling and never abused. Truck has walked through the Dusy w/ 5 days of food, beer and camping gear and never took a cable.
Includes host of new spares too; TREs, Pitmarn Arm and Drag Link, DL U-Joint, Dual Batt Solenoid, etc. Also including sntach block and air hose.
