The drivers side A pillar on my FToy was tweaked when I bought it...and Saturdays flop was it's was straw.....so, out it came...

If this was a SEMA car, I could call it Bluetooth and make it work...lol

Pics of the progress and fitment...

Sleeve is 5" long, plug welded so it doesn't shift

To be sure the crossbar notch was sufficiently ground, I used a short straight piece of tube to test...the sleeve got some TriFlow spray so taking in/off was easier

New 1-3/4" .120 DOM bent to 45 with an inch or so of spare length

And test fitting for angle and length
