My throw out bearing keeps going out so fast how can I prevent this from happing

what pressure plate and disc? IMO, replace them all while in there...lots of good brands out there, my last clutch was a Centerforce and it survived nicely.

I agree with woody. I have a centerforce in my 350 powered 55 series and it works great

What kind of shape is the pilot bearing in?

Is the fork properly aligned?

good point...if the fork isn't aligned properly OR adjusted properly (so the throwout is NOT touching the pressure place fingers when released) it could easily wear out early...
