Hoping someone on here can help me figure out, or is running the same set up that Im putting together. I have searched, read, and watched videos till I'm crossed eyed.... lol

What I have going on, is a GM KP60 and a newer '07 11.5" 14 bolt with discs. Front and rear are stock calipers, big single piston fronts, and dual piston rears. I'd like to stay with a manual brake set up if possible, as space is getting tight. Rectangle square tube chassis, 4 link front and rear (114" WB). A 5.3 LS with a cam/push rods and the heads touched up a bit. Th350 with a 2700 stall, and a 203/05 set up. Planning on 5.13s or .38s, and 42" Sticky Treps. Skinned to look like a FJ45(ish). No idea what it weighs, but I know its not going to be the lightest thing out there by far.

What Ive figured so far, and this is where I hope you guys can help, is a 9:1 pedal set up from Busted Knuckle, but thats where the confusion comes in for me. Master cylinder(s). Can I run a 7/8" for the front and a 1" for the rear? Stay with the single, big bore GM master that I have on the shelf already? I know I can call Wilwood, Busted, etc, but there's so much conflicting info out there, that I hope someone can give me a no shit answer on what they've done, and what works.

Therein lies the fun....what works for one doesn't for the next :) I know guys running dual 5/8" masters to Wilwood calipers and stopping on a dime.

At one point, I had a brake calculator that covered volume, caliper, master, etc and helped determine the best setup....but that link escapes me.

I gave up on Wilwood masters, my 2nd one is now pulling air. New 7/8" Tilton going in soon, just waiting on a few other pieces.

It might be this one Billa Vista did? Looks like its on Irate now. Brake System Design by BillaVista v2

Still, that just spits out a number. You have to figure out what number you like.

I finally called and talked to Busted Knuckle this morning and he was punching the numbers in for me, and also talked about what other guys are running. He came up with dual 7/8" masters and a 7:1 pedal. We also talked about down the road going with a caliper and rotor upgrade, I just dont have it in the account right now and need the pedal and masters to get them mocked up to keep things moving.
