    Warn Industries Expands Its Epic Trail Gear Line of Soft Goods

    Clackamas, OR (6/17/19) – Warn Industries is adding more items to its lineup of premium, modular soft goods known as Epic Trail Gear. These great-looking, high-quality new products include a tool roll, roll bar bags, a gear pouch, a roll-top backpack, and modular duffle—all made from durable gray 600D Cordura® nylon and featuring sewn-in hook-and-loop patches for custom labeling. These new items are equipped with versatile MOLLE-compatible PALS webbing allowing them to be attached to other MOLLE-compatible items and accessories. Every Epic Trail Gear product also uses premium, weather-resistant long-lasting YKK zippers for years of service. These bags are great for weekends on the trail, weeks on the road, or anything in between.

    Epic Tool Roll Organizer
    Whether on the trail or in the garage, the durable Epic Tool Roll Organizer is a convenient place to keep wrenches or travel accessories. It features two 7” x 4” pockets, one medium 14” x 4” pocket, and one large 14” x 8” pocket, all of which are zippered for secure storage. Additionally, there are top and back flat-zippered compartments for more storage and integrated D-rings allowing the roll to be securely attached to things such as seat backs or headrests. Carabiners and strapping keep the organizer in its rolled-up configuration.

    Epic Roll Bar Bags
    For roll-bar-equipped vehicles, the Epic Roll Bar Bags offer a great looking and convenient way to store extra gear. Available in 14” and 24” sizes, these bags are made tough for the trail. Cinch straps provide easy attachment to nearly any roll bar or cage. The integrated MOLLE-compatible PALS webbing lets you attach them to other gear when not affixed to the roll bar.

    Warn Industries Releases New Synthetic Rope and Soft Shackles

    Clackamas, OR (6/24/19) – Warn Industries has released an all-new, innovative lineup of synthetic rope products. Designed by Warn and specifically made for vehicle recovery, these products pair exceptional strength and durability with a unique high visibility, reflective appearance. Introducing WARN® Spydura®  Nightline Winch Ropes, Extensions, and Soft Shackles.
    A New, Innovative Take on Synthetic Rope
    WARN Spydura Nightline takes the company’s proven Spydura synthetic rope product and adds color and increased function. Made from durable ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a UV-stable coating, the eye-catching red-and-black weave also integrates a 3M light-activated reflective strand into the rope. This improves visibility during recoveries and provides a unique, custom look when spooled onto a winch drum.

    Spydura Nightline winch rope includes a red heat-resistant Nomex® sleeve to protect the first layer of rope from drum temperatures, and acts as a visual end-of-line warning. The winch rope is available in 3/8” x 100’ (9.5mm x 30m) or 3/8” x 80’ (9.5,, x 24.5m) lengths and includes a forged steel hook and necessary attachment hardware. The Spydura Nightline rope extension is a versatile 3/8” x 50’ (9.5mm x 15m) length with reinforced loops on both ends.

    New Soft Shackles
    Warn is also now offering soft shackles in two versions. Strong, yet extremely lightweight and easy to handle, soft shackles perfectly stow in bags, recovery kits, gloveboxes, or anywhere else.

    First up is the company’s 1/2” (12.7mm) Spydura Nightline Soft Shackle. Made from the same UV-coated UHMWPE material as the winch line and rope extension, it also showcases the highly reflective 3M light-activated tracer. And with a minimum breaking strength of 36,000 lb. (16,329 kg), it’s a great combination of style and substance—yet is lightweight, easy to carry, and simple to use.

    Warn is also offering a standard gray 3/8” (9.5mm) Spydura Soft Shackle constructed from UHMWPE with a UV coating. It delivers a minimum breaking strength of 29,700 lbs. (13,472 kg), and is great for applications where a 3/8” soft shackle may be too large.
     
    Both soft shackle offerings are excellent additions to users’ recovery kits, and they allow for further rigging options in stuck situations.

    Warn Industries Releases Semi-Hidden Kit Mounting System For Gen 2 / 2.5 Toyota Tacoma

    Clackamas, OR (4/9/19) – Warn Industries has extended its line of popular Semi-Hidden Kit winch mounting systems by offering new applications for both 2005–2011 (gen 2)  and 2012–2015 (gen 2.5) Toyota Tacoma pickups.They join the Semi-Hidden Kit for 2016-2019 (gen 3) Tacoma and 2014–2019 4Runner which were introduced in 2018. 

    The new Semi-Hidden Kits help guard the Tacoma’s front end from trail hazards while offering a secure place to mount a WARN® mid-frame winch up to 12,000 lbs. in capacity. The discrete style maintains the trucks’ factory body lines, and their rugged 1/4″ steel construction is exceedingly stout.

    Other features include a welded-on 2″ diameter single-hoop bull bar for protection, and thru-welded shackle mounts for increased recovery options. For the ultimate in corrosion protection, these bumpers wear a durable textured black powder-coated finish that undergoes a five-step pre-treatment process featuring zirconium nanotechnology, and withstand 408 hour salt spray tests. This will ensure the finish lasts and lasts.

    Installation is simple with only minor trimming and  no need to relocate the winch’s control pack. 

    These Semi-Hidden Kit mounting systems will accommodate all WARN mid-frame winches up to 12,000 lbs. with the exception of PowerPlant, 9.0Rc, and M8274. The winch’s clutch lever is easily accessed by ports in the bumper.

    Both of these mounting systems are made in the USA at the company’s Clackamas, Oregon factory.

    Clackamas, OR (9/10/2018) – Warn Industries is excited to announce the release of the all-new redesigned Elite Series front bumpers for the Jeep JK Wrangler. Hot on the heels of the Elite Series bumpers for the JL, the JK Elite front bumpers feature all-new styling, a variety of options for increased off-road performance, and the ability to mount a WARN winch with a capacity of up to 12,000 lbs.

    Designed, Engineered, Tested, and Made in the USA
    The new WARN® Elite Series front bumpers for the JK Wrangler are designed, tested, and made in Clackamas Oregon—and certified to withstand an industry-leading 12,000 lbs. of pulling force without deformation. The bumpers have integrated off-road jack lifting points and shackle-mounting tabs for additional off-road recovery options. All WARN bumpers undergo rigorous field testing and lab pull testing to ensure rigidity in the most abusive conditions.

    For the ultimate in corrosion protection, these bumpers wear a durable flat-black powdercoated finish that undergoes a five-step pre-treatment process featuring zirconium nanotechnology, and are engineered to withstand 408 hours of salt spray testing. This will ensure the finish lasts and lasts.

    When buyers are ready to mount a WARN winch, they can be assured the Elite Series is up to the task. Warn has engineered the bumpers to position the winch in a manner so the engine gets maximum airflow. Speaking of winches, the bumpers will accommodate the WARN ZEON, ZEON Platinum, VR, XD9, XD9i, 9.0Rc, and 9.5xp models allowing users to truly “go prepared.”

    Available in Multiple Configurations
    The Elite Series bumpers for the JK come in one of four versions:

    • Full-Width without Grille Guard Tube
    • Full-Width with Grille Guard Tube
    • Stubby without Grille Guard Tube
    • Stubby with Grille Guard Tube

    The Full-Width Elite Bumpers, as seen above, will clear 37” tires with only a 2” lift and factory wheel offset. The Full-Width version also includes built-in light ports to mount OE or aftermarket fog lights.

    The narrower Stubby version provides maximum off-road performance and tire clearance—ideal for hardcore off-roaders. It has similar features as the Full-Width version, but with increased approach angles. This bumper also allows for mounting aftermarket lights above the bumper.

    Additionally, Warn is offering a durable skid plate (sold separately) for the JK that compliments all of the new Elite Series bumpers.
